June 12, 2022- Second Sunday Supper Series

To help our friends Chef Tim Urbanic and his wife Melody kick off their new farm-to-table dinner series Second Sunday Suppers, fellow WV Cooks Chef Matt Welsch and Chef MK Ohlinger headed back down to the farm to lend their helping hands to the cause. It was another wonderful evening by the pond listening to stories of where the food came from and how the recipes originated. Most of the produce that was consumed was grown by folks sitting around the table! Be sure to check out the video highlight of the dinner created by Tim Long

September 25, 2021- Down on the farm dinner

WV Cooks had a lot of fun 'down on the farm'! Chef Matt Welsch traveled to 'Bop and Nana's' to collaborate with Chef Tim Urbanic on a multi-course feast for 40 guests. Our Down on the Farm Dinner supported five local farms and producers including Berea Gardens, McCully Gardens, Every Seed Bearing Fruit Farm and Apiary, Bop and Nana's Garden and Circle S Farms. Plenty of delicious food, laughter, wine and music filled the air as guests gathered in the garden where most of their dinner came from. We sure do love farm-to-table dinners!
