WV Cooks is a group of cooks throughout the state of

West Virginia dedicated to the

Farm-to-Table movement, their local farmers and local economy, and to heritage foods and preparations.

why?

We believe in the importance of the preservation of heritage recipes and techniques in Appalachia and beyond. By using these traditional techniques, we are able to bolster the local economy and revive Appalachian traditions while also exploring the modern applications of both.

who?

WV Cooks is a group by cooks for cooks established to elevate and support each other. Together we can create a unifying, supportive group of folks who love food and love Appalachia.
